Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for strategic decision-making.
Develop and implement accounting policies to enhance efficiency.
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
Conduct audits and reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants
Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial reporting standards.
Prepare and file tax returns; manage payroll processing.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Monitor bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Collaborate with departments for financial insights, including managing store inventory.
Maintain and update accounting systems and software (SAP, QuickBooks, and Odoo).
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
