Job Description:
- Providing exclusive support and headhunting/recruitment Services/recruitment consultancy to Key clients across Pakistan. Drafting and publishing job advertisements on Social Media platforms.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruitment.
- Shortlisting CVs received against the job advertisement as per the set criteria by clients.
- Searching/Headhunting relevant candidates from the database, market intelligence, social media platforms like LinkedIn, as well as referrals.
- Initial screening, interviewing, and skill check of candidates, as per the client’s requirement. Making strong relationships with clients to retain them and
- Providing quality recruitment services to enhance the client’s and company’s business.
