Major job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Remote administration of servers running Linux operating systems.
- Administrate AWS (S3, EC2, EBS, VPC, ELB, SNS, SQS, SES, Redshisft, Route53)
- Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary.
- Install new / rebuild existing servers/cloud instances and configure hardware and services in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
- Monitoring system for 24x7 availability.
- Can Handle highly confidential information/material.
