We seek a dynamic and visionary leader to join our organization as the IT Manager. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our information technology (IT) strategies, driving digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring the effective utilization of technology to achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring effective delivery of IT services.
- Manage the IT budget, optimizing resource allocation and cost-effectiveness while ensuring a high level of service.
- Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect our data assets and mitigate potential risks.
- Lead and mentored a high-performing IT team, promoting professional growth and ensuring its alignment with organizational goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements, and provide insights on their potential impact on our business.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a senior IT leadership role.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
- You have demonstrated the ability to develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to balance technology considerations with organizational goals.
- You have a proven track record in successful project execution and resource management.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to our industry.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
