- Post jobs on MIHNATI.COM and shortlist applications received against jobs as per the criteria provided by the client.
- Search CVs from MIHNATI.COM database, verify candidates by calling them and other related activities as per requirement.
- Attending customer queries and helping them.
- Gathering and updating client information/interactions on online CRM software.
- Carry out other operational activities as assigned by Supervisor/Management.
