- Develop and maintain warm & strong client relationships, encouraging clients to use ROZEE.PK as their primary recruitment platform.
- Keeping abreast knowledge of market trends and timely share relevant information with management to improve products and services.
- Provide training to customers on ROZEE.PK Online Recruitment Tools
- Post jobs on ROZEE.PK, Short listing of applications received at jobs as per the criteria provided by the client.
- Search and sourcing of relevant candidates from ROZEE.PK Database and social mediums and perform other related activities as per assignment/requirement.
- Attending customer queries and helping them.
- Gathering and updating client information/interactions on online CRM software.
- Carry out other operational activities as required
