We are seeking an energetic, responsible intern to join our organization. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures. You will focus on learning how our organization runs.
- Assist with daily administrative duties.
- Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information; oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers.
- Assist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations.
- Take notes and memos during meetings; type documents, drafts, and reports; sort and manage files.
- Manage databases and input information, data, and records.
- Update and post supervised social media and website content; respond to web correspondence, social media posts, and emails.
- Design and present new social media campaign ideas.
- Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends.
- Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events.
- Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.
- Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content.
