- Oversee all IT operations of the Company infrastructure development, maintenance and security.
- Oversee all IT operations of the Company staff
- Management IT resources including network, servers and client machines to ensure high availability.of data backups and system redundancy.
- Management and security of shared resources as per the ISO Standards
- System Backup and Disaster Recovery Management.
- Ensuring maintenance of current projects and technology systems.
- Development, implementation and evaluation of IT projects in line with organizational objectives.
- Identifying vulnerabilities, the need for upgrades, and opportunities for improvement of organization operations.
- Development and implementation of Information Security policy in compliance and certification of ISO27001.
- Proposing strategic solutions and recommending new systems and software improve customer services.
- Development of web based and mobile applications to support online order processing and integration of the applications with existing ERP system.
- Liaising with other departments to determine and address their IT needs and requirements.
- Managing and supervising employees in the IT department.
- Preparing Capex and Revex budgets and performance reports.
- Preparing cost benefit analysis of the required equipment / solution.
- Preparing specification and BOQ of IT equipment as per approved Capex.
- Technical evaluation of proposals received from bidders.
- Building and maintaining relationships with external advisors and vendors.
- Ensuring reported issues are resolved in a timely manner.
