Review of payment vouchers and ensuring completion of documents with payment vouchers.
Review of sales tax and income tax deductions from payment vouchers.
Ensuring that payments to supplier / vendors are being made as per contract terms and purchase orders issued.
Ensuring compliance of investments i.e mutual funds / TDRs as per investment policy approved by BOD.
Reviewing payments for monthly sales tax returns, withholding taxesetc. and underlying documents.
Generating Items codes for inventory module based on user request.
Ensuring compliance with PPRA rules and tender documents before processing of payments.
Review payroll of each month and ensure that payroll allowances, overtime and other benefits are calculated in accordance with HR Manual and BOD directives.
Ensure that payroll disbursements are made to valid employees and compliant with HR Manual.
Ensure that OGRA and explosive licenses of plant and vehicles are obtained and valid as per OGRA requirements.
Performing compliance audit that Fitness certificates of all vehicles and marine insurances are duly obtained and valid.
Ensure that controls are implemented before and during preparation of vouchers and payment processing.
