Job Description

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs                  
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media       
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns                                   
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services                                                             
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data                                                           
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections                                                        
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information 
  • Retain and expand sustainable Pack business along with Home and Commercial Delivery                             
  • Retain desired margins for profitable business by suggesting the prices to respective line manager
  • Prospecting & Cold Calling                                                           
  • In coordination with Line manager and engineering department, prepare proposals for client    
  • To promptly share competitor’s moves by remaining vigilant to market trends.  
  • Adhere to Company policies in letter & spirit at all times and submit management reports on defined deadlines.                    
  • Regular (monthly) monitoring and reporting the progress of the implementation of the overall Plan.                               
  • Manage Bowser halting Halting.        
  • Increase Plants through put.                                            

PACK Segment                                                                                 

  • Grow Pack segment of assigned territory.                                                      
  • Monitor and push distributor sales with constant follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with logistic and operation department for bowser movement at different plants.
  • Close coordination with different hospitality plants for stock management and sales.
  • Prepare daily dispatch schedule and give feedback to management.
  • Keep an eye on competition moves for timely decisions on pricing.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to Management.                                   

Home Delivery/Commercial Segment                                                                           

  • Start/Expand Home delivery segment in the territory.
  • Introduce 6 Kg new cylinders in his territory to consumers.
  • Sell new cylinders, 11.8 and 45.4Kg to consumers/dealers as per company policy.
  • Recover all cost that will be incurred for delivery.
  • Monitor and push distributor/decanters for sales through constant follow-ups.                                           
  • Close coordination with line manager for availability of stock for assigned segments.                                 
  • Keep an eye on competition moves for timely decisions on pricing.                                                    
  • Manage Home delivery through rented or company owned delivery vehicles.     


  • Self-motivated & driven by targets
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Pleasant personality
