Negotiation and closing: Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with customers to reach a mutually beneficial agreement. Closing sales by obtaining signed contracts or purchase orders.

Relationship management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Market research: Staying up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify potential sales opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.

Sales reporting: Keeping accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts. Providing regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends.

Collaboration: Collaborating with other teams such as marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance the company's overall sales efforts.
