Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate and timely data entry for content scheduling, performance tracking, and account management across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Reddit, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Monitor brand-related conversations and engagement, ensuring all comments, mentions, and messages are logged and responded to where appropriate.
Create and manage a minimum 50 accounts on relevant social media platforms.
Actively comment on, like, and share content from similar brands, partners, and influencers to drive engagement and network growth.
Follow relevant brands, creators, and community pages to support strategic growth and improve brand presence.
Maintain organized records of engagement activity and performance metrics in spreadsheets or social media management tools.
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify trending content and community-building opportunities.
Assist with compiling weekly reports on follower growth, engagement rates, and competitor activity.
Daily reporting directly to the Social Media Manager.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or social media engagement (internships and freelance work acceptable).
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their features (e.g., hashtags, tagging, commenting etiquette).
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written communication and grammar skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Enthusiasm for social media trends, pop culture, and digital marketing.
