We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our social media channels, grow our online presence, and drive engagement across platforms. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing social campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and staying on top of social trends to support our brand's voice and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and brand goals.
- Manage day-to-day content creation, posting, and monitoring across social media platforms.
- Create original, engaging, and high-quality content (text, image, and video) in collaboration with the creative team.
- Engage with the online community, respond to comments/messages, and foster positive brand interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, design, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
Specifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing social media for brands or organizations.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail.
