A Leading organic Beauty product Manufacturer of Pakistan is looking for a Performance Manager.

As the Performance Manager you will be given the opportunity to manage, plan, develop, implement and optimize a variety of our paid campaigns across all social media channels with a primary focus on Facebook and Instagram but with the opportunity to test on other platforms too.

As the Performance Manager you will be responsible for the following:

  • Process a strong understanding of paid social channels, specifically Facebook and Instagram
  • You will build and manage innovative consumer focused social campaigns from scratch with a core focus on KPI
  • You will work collaboratively with our internal teams to ensure maximum cross channel efficiencies
  • Ability to identify new opportunities, test, learn and maximize performance.
  • Test creative, targeting and landing pages to ensure the best results
  • You’ll monitor media buying strategies and keep up to date with industry research, audience and distribution figures
  • Act as our paid social visionary with the ultimate goal to increase revenue and market share within these channels
  • Regularly report on the performance and ongoing optimization
  • Plan, implement and consult direct response and branded campaigns
  • Meet clients KPI's and advise on campaign optimization
  • Responsible for ensuring successful search campaigns on Facebook
  • Manage the budget

The Performance Manager will be responsible for daily bid management and optimisation of paid search campaigns across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and Youtube.

The role will also include hands on planning, buying and strategy of paid search accounts. You will constantly be thinking outside the box, to come up with imaginative ways to approach challenges

As the Performance Manager you are required to have the following skill set:

  • A high degree of numeracy and literacy
  • Hands on development of solutions for automation
  • Ability to produce accurate, commercially focused MI that track against business KPIs
  • Confident with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics) and a strong understanding of tracking and conversion optimization.
  • Experience with budget management for paid media campaigns
  • Experience in planning and buying within digital.
  • A strong interest in social media.
  • A sound working understanding of bid management tools.
  •  Experienced in Excel (VBA standard would be preferred)
  • ·An excellent working attitude with an ability to work well under pressure missed with a friendly aura and positive attitude.

Candidates must have an obsession with leveraging data for the purposes of analyzing campaign response patterns, with an eye toward optimizing the usage of each digital channel.

The successful candidate will have strong operational skills, and knowledge of tracking and attribution, in order to assess the paid social campaign performance and to be able to synthesize and communicate efficiently.
