We are seeking a forward thinking hands-on Software Development Manager to lead and manage our team.
As a Software Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of developers on different project and technologies including full stack development and continued maintenance of our web-based applications and the infrastructure that supports them. You will be planning and designing the architecture of our cloud-based systems that can scale into the future.

Responsibilities:
- Leading and/or executing development and infrastructure projects both large and small
- Manage technical staff through planning, organizing, training, directing, motivating, evaluating, and motivating. Performing all sufficient duties necessary for the ongoing support of the team’s activities including Concept design, UI/UX Designing and product development, progress and time reporting, and other administrative functions as needed.
- Analysis and selection of existing and emerging technologies for integration into our architecture Create project specifications and reliable estimates working closely with company stakeholders
- Tracking and reporting progress on projects, task management, and team development
- Implementing and supporting 3rd party tools and infrastructure used across the company
- Creating and maintaining documentation in code and APIs
- Provide technical guidance and training to team
- Guides the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to achieve business objectives
- Participates in Sprint planning, reviews, retrospective, and other SCRUM meetings
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Experience in Leading Mobile Apps Development Projects independently (Android / IOS)
