We're looking for a Zoho CRM Developer with strong hands-on experience, particularly in marketing lead management & tracking, and setting up, documenting, and maintaining workflows within Zoho CRM and related Zoho tools.

Here’s what we specifically need:

• Zoho Workflow Expertise: Proven experience in setting up, documenting, and maintaining custom workflows in Zoho CRM and other Zoho apps. This is a core part of the role.

• Lead & Marketing Funnel Management: Ability to set up and manage lead funnels and marketing funnels within Zoho CRM, including tracking lead sources and building insightful reports that help the business team analyze lead quality and conversion performance.

• System Setup & Maintenance: Experience setting up and maintaining internal tools (Zoho, PM systems, etc.), documenting configurations, and evolving systems based on business needs.

• Team Monitoring & Support: Monitoring how the team uses these tools, identifying incorrect usage, retraining when needed, and escalating issues when necessary.

• Onboarding/Offboarding & IT Helpdesk: Handling system access for new hires and exits, and providing internal IT support as needed.

• Availability During Central Time: This is a must, as the role supports our US-based operations.
