We are hiring a Business Development Manager from Islamabad who can help expand our mineral water brand into the GCC region (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain). This role focuses on building partnerships, meeting distributors, and opening regional sales opportunities.
Your Responsibilities
Identify and contact GCC-based distributors, supermarkets, and Horeca clients
Build and maintain strong B2B relationships
Conduct virtual and occasional in-person meetings in Gulf countries
Negotiate contracts and pricing
Develop market-entry strategies for different GCC markets
Represent our brand professionally in the region
Prepare business reports and growth updates
Requirements
Experience in FMCG or B2B sales (preferably beverages/water)
Strong negotiation and business development skills
Ability to communicate with international partners professionally
Understanding of the GCC retail and distribution landscape
Must be based in Islamabad and available for travel
Nice to Have
Existing contacts in UAE, KSA, Qatar, or Oman
Experience working with premium or imported brands
