Major responsibilities:

Managing and coordinating organizational compliant and disciplinary proceedings.
Manage general administration matters, documentation, office management etc.
Ensure all company licenses and insurance policies remain up to date.
Liaison with govt. personals like Food Authority, Social Security, EOBI, wapda etc.
Managing staff, labor, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
Responsible for housekeeping activities, Kitchen and Mess Management.
Perform daily inspection of the facility to ensure HSE standards are maintained at the highest level.
Responsible to manage transportation facility to employees, rental payments etc.
Ensure that all locations are maintained at zero risk.
Ensure all company assets are used in appropriate manner and group information is held securely.
Administration of civil, mechanical, fabrication, electric works.
Responsible for timely maintenance of company assets, civil, mechanical, fabrication etc.
Any other task assigned by higher management.

Requirements.

Master/ Batcher degree with 6 to 7 years of relevant experience (in Food Industry factory level)
Strong interpersonal and situation handling skills.
Ability to work in under presser and independently.
Good interpersonal skills
Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office (EXCEL is a must)
Age should not be more than 35 to 48 years.
