Major responsibilities:

Manage the import and export processes in a cost-effective way.
Must have a knowledge of Import Documents preparation, Supplier Payments, LC opening and follow-up, dealing with the clearing agent and contacting the transportation company, Supplier Accounts Reconciliation, liaison with Banks.
Good knowledge of dealing with each step of the shipping process, track shipments and communicating with clients about the package's progress.
Assist management in searching Import export suppliers through Internet Sourcing, Supplier Sourcing, and E-Marketing. etc.

Requirements.

Having knowledge of logistics practices, shipping management, LC terms & procedures, Import / Export procedures, Incoterms, tariff codes, etc. is obligatory.
Ability to handle multi-tasking, prioritizing and managing the work-flow effectively with meeting deadlines.
Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
Excellent / Proficiency in using MS OUTLOOK, MS EXCEL, MS WORD, etc.
Having a sound knowledge of logistics practices, shipping management, LC terms & procedures, Import / Export procedures, Incoterms, tariff codes, etc.
At least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience with Master’s Degree.
