RSF Group of Companies Pakistan is seeking a highly motivated Odoo Functional Consultant with a strong background in Odoo ERP systems and business process management. The ideal candidate will have practical experience configuring Odoo modules and analyzing business workflows to implement effective ERP solutions. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of enterprise resource planning concepts and the ability to tailor the Odoo platform to meet organizational needs. The consultant will actively engage with multiple departments to ensure smooth integration and operation of purchase, sales, accounting, and CRM processes within Odoo.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain daily data entry operations in Odoo ERP
- Analyze business processes and gather functional requirements
- Configure and support Odoo modules including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, and Manufacturing
- Collaborate with technical teams for system customizations and integrations
- Prepare reports, workflows, documentation, and user manuals
- Conduct system testing and assist in ERP deployments, upgrades, and migrations
- Troubleshoot Odoo-related issues and provide functional support
- Train end users on proper ERP usage and workflows
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system efficiency
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely record management.
