. 2 years of call center experience with an international call center.
. Good command over english with American/British accents or a neutral accent.
. Good command over Microsoft Office especially Excel along with a minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.
. Should be able to work during the UK hours i-e 2pm till 11pm. Saturday timings are from 3pm till 7pm.
