We are looking for a Male/Female Admin officer to be responsible for greeting clients and visitors to our office (RTCC UPPER MALL). You will be in charge of giving clients directions to various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and taking messages, and sorting and distributing mail.

 To be successful in this role, you will need good written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Prior experience as a Admin officer / Receptionist is also helpful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper, etc.).
  • Greet and welcome guests.
  • Answer questions and address complaints.
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
  • Receive letters, packages, etc., and distribute them among the relevant person.
  •  Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcel, s etc.
  • Check sort and forward post mails to the relevant person.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Keep updated records and files.
  • Maintaining Daily Make Meet up Record of all visitors.
  • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.).
  • Prepare a stock requirement sheet at the end of the month.
  • Any other duties required which are appropriate to the grade of the post. Admin officer

Requirements:

  • BA / B. Com
  • Prior experience as a Admin officer / Receptionist or in a related field.
  • Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required
