- Manage the hiring of Field, Head Office Support Staff in consultation with Head of Department.
- Managing job posting on different online platforms
- Conducting the initial screening and making competent candidates’ pool for the selection process
- Arranging and conducting interviews in coordination with concerned department and admin department.
- Coordinating with Sales Managers/ Branch Managers for timely completion of new joiners’ documentation
- Preparation and issuance of Offer letters/Appointment letters for employees in consultation with the Head of Department
