• Manage the hiring of Field, Head Office Support Staff in consultation with Head of Department.
  • Managing job posting on different online platforms
  • Conducting the initial screening and making competent candidates’ pool for the selection process
  • Arranging and conducting interviews in coordination with concerned department and admin department.
  • Coordinating with Sales Managers/ Branch Managers for timely completion of new joiners’ documentation
  • Preparation and issuance of Offer letters/Appointment letters for employees in consultation with the Head of Department
  • Conduct an orientation program of new employees
  • Co-ordinate with other departments regarding the effective implementation of Recruitment policies & procedure
