Prepare plan vs. actual production reports on daily basis
Maintain track record of planned schedule with actual delivery.
Ensure validity of OEE data and timely reporting.
Ensure related documents on the lines are effective and being filled.
Ensure data is being recorded in a manner that is approved by production planning manager.
Coordinate with supervisors to ensure availability of material, tooling, and any other resources that may be needed to achieve targets.
Ensure that basic documentation for the department are complete such as all necessary check sheets/ formats, process.
Coordinate with production manager and Supervisors to receive daily production targets.
Inform production manager in case of any disruption to production plan.
Ensure that all equipment is being operated as per work instructions and that equipment is being maintained according to preventative maintenance schedule.
Ensure that all documentation that is to be available on the lines and updated.
