GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Rugknots is looking for the Graphic Designer who will support projects for a high-volume business in a fast-paced environment that relies on both intuitive and collaborative work styles. He/She will develop and deliver unique visual solutions for internal stakeholders. Designer will ensure all deliverables – print, collateral, merchandising, social, web, catalogs, packaging, etc are designed within the Interface Brand Guidelines.

- Applicant needs to complete 190 hours in a month.
- Salary: 50k
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the graphic development and design implementation of all in-house projects and other client requests.
- Assist in strategic brainstorming and concept development.
- Responsible for the management of departmental internship program
- Assist in project management support, including the establishment and maintenance of schedules and budgets.
- Responsible for select photo shoots, video sessions, and press check functions, as directed, to ensure adherence to vision and quality of execution.
- Create and ensure all marketing materials meet brand guidelines
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience required
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms & trends
- Ability to think creatively and justify concepts to clients and team members
- Ability to articulate your creative vision - present, explain, defend & modify concepts
- Ability to work at a fast-pace, in a dedicated manner on multiple projects with varying deadlines.
- Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines
- Passion for design and creative problem solving
- Experience in managing projects and brand guidelines
- Have an affinity for complex businesses, industries and design challenges.
Note: You are obliged to sign 1-year contract.
