Job Description of Program officer
- Writing letters to the partners and preparing annual reports
- Ensure timely, accurate and quality financial and narrative reporting compliance with donor.
- Prepare meeting agenda, organize meetings and distribute minutes.
- Plan and execute program activities in timely and accurate manner.
- Identify and contact new program partners for expansion.
- Develop best practices to improve overall program performance
- Assist the executive director with strategic planning and coordination of the organization's programs, projects, and policy positions
- Provide guidance and maintain frequent communications with program partners.
