The successful candidate will have a valid driving license with a clean record and proven experience as both a driver and cook. They possess thorough knowledge of safe driving practices and vehicle maintenance, as well as skill in preparing a variety of cuisines including local and regional dishes. Punctuality and discretion are essential attributes, as the role involves working closely with a senior executive. Familiarity with city routes, traffic patterns, and basic communication in English and Urdu are also important. This position is ideal for someone committed to personal service excellence and capable of handling the unique demands of supporting a VIP with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities
- Safely drive the CEO to and from the office, meetings, and other appointments, ensuring comfort and timeliness.
- Plan and optimize travel routes based on traffic conditions to ensure efficient and timely arrivals.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance to ensure the vehicle remains in good working order.
- Manage the CEOs travel schedule in coordination with the executive assistant or relevant personnel.
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals tailored to the CEOs dietary preferences and requirements.
- Cook a variety of cuisines, including local and international dishes, while maintaining high culinary standards.
- Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas at all times.
- Ensure inventory of kitchen supplies and groceries is adequately managed and replenished as needed.
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations in both driving and cooking duties.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion while working closely with the CEO.
- Be available to work flexible hours to accommodate the CEOs schedule and last-minute requests.
- Communicate effectively in English and Urdu to understand instructions and provide updates as needed.
- Demonstrate reliability and punctuality in all assigned tasks and responsibilities.
