- Assist in the selection of appropriate suppliers, vendors and contractors and maintain good relationship with them.
- Responsible for order placement timing, supply / demand alignment, material replenishment and supplier performance.
- Develop sourcing strategies, cost saving budgeting and targeting.
- Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
- Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality.
- Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.
- Oversees all supply chain operations
- Arranges and coordinates transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper pickup and delivery of shipments
- Liaises and negotiates with suppliers and agents
- Reviews purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
- Track, address and resolves shipment and inventory issues and errors
- Monitors shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity
- Ensures that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
- Develops processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
- National & International flight reservations for employees based on various operational requirements
- Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
