A PPC / Meta Expert is responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on search engines and social media platforms including meta tags, meta descriptions, and meta titles. They develop, implement and manage effective ads that reach targeted audiences and is also responsible for improving website's visibility and ranking on search engines through optimizing metadata and other technical aspects of SEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting research and analysis on keyword trends, competitors, and customer behavior to develop effective ad strategies.
  • Creating and managing pay-per-click ad campaigns on search engines and social media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook / Tiktok / Snapchat / Pinterest / YouTube and LinkedIn Ads etc.
  • Analyzing and reporting on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and updates to ensure the effectiveness of ad campaigns.
  • They work on improving website structure, tracking search engine algorithm changes, and ensuring website content is optimized.
  • Analyzing website structure, metadata, and page content to identify areas for optimization.
  • Developing and implementing SEO strategies and techniques to improve website visibility and ranking.
  • Monitoring and tracking search engine algorithm changes and adapting SEO strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborating with content teams to ensure website content is optimized for search engine crawlers.
  • Monitoring and reporting on website traffic and SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an SEO Specialist, Meta Expert, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of meta data optimization best practices, on-page SEO, and keyword research tools.
  • Familiarity with search engine algorithms and their impact on meta data performance.
  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in using SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with large sets of data and complex website structures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to analyze data, identify patterns, and propose effective solutions.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with website content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML knowledge is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
