Chat Support Agent:

We need a Sales/Support Agent, responsible for liaising between customers and management. As a Sales/Support Agent, you would be handling day to day emails and chats of customers and would also be helping close sales by suggesting the best products to different customer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound chat and email inquiries and effectively communicate with customers or prospective customers.
