A well growing firm of Chartered Accountants is looking for Services of a Human Resource Executive. The HR Executive is the person interacting on a day to day basis with all the managers and staff on the people-related matters and effectively engages in performing the HR activities assigned to him for the development and implementation of solutions that makes business strategies actionable.
Desired Skills
- This position requires a Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field; an MBA in HR is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including tactful handling of the staff and trainees matters
- The candidate should be a self motivator with a lot of initiative and drive
- Age shall be in between 27- 30 years
Experience
- The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years knowledge
- Proven experience and demonstrated leadership skills in Human Resources
- Should have strong knowledge of designing and implementing the HR policies & procedures
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Perform and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization and update relevant record
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing the related issues and solutions for a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Maintain payroll and related matters
