• Experience in architecture, design and deployment of industry leading identity and access solutions across an enterprise, preferably in a hybrid Cloud environment
  • Expert level understanding of identity management and lifecycle, privileged access, access governance, contextual access, authorization, authentication
  • Experience with identity standards and protocols including SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM
  • Experience with best-practice and implementation frameworks for zero trust, SSO, MFA, adaptive and risk based authentication....
  • Experience with published standards, guidance, best practices, and frameworks related to IAM   and practical implementation in an enterprise 
  • Experience with one of the major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and identity management Solutions like OKTA, ForgeRock, etc
  • Experience with deployment orchestration, automation, and security configuration management (Jenkins, Puppet, Chef, etc)
  • Good communications skills
  • Nice to have IAM certifications
  • Responsible for enhancing and maintaining the next generation identity and access technical strategy to enable cloud transformation projects.
  • Influence role in driving the adoption of modern IAM solutions.
  • Responsible for leading technical architecture and product integration for solutions across hybrid on-premises, multi-cloud and SaaS ecosystems.
  • You will lead the experimentation with emerging IAM technologies and tools, as well as co-innovate with strategic partners to help drive game-changing solutions.
