Responsibilities:
To support the HOD in the following tasks and responsibilities.
1. Vendors & Agencies Management: Manage all Vendors & Agencies, Get quotations, Focus on work quality, Negotiate costs, Finalize best vendor, oversee Execution. Digital Management Coordination. OOH BBs Management.
2. Budgeting: Manage department budgets, Complete project documentation, Financial data entry on MS Excel, Predict ROI,
3. Event Planning and Management: Plan & Execute Internal and External Events, Present details on PowerPoint e.g. Layouts, Branding etc.
4. Sponsorships Management: Choose the best events to Sponsor for maximum SAG exposure in Pakistan, Company beneficial events.
5. Interdepartmental Coordination and Management: Coordinate between all internal departments for Marketing support and deliverables.
6. Responsible for Annual Marketing Calendar: Make Annual Marketing Event Calendar in coordinate with other departments.
7. Achieve Departmental Targets and Objectives: Support in achieving overall departmental targets and objectives. Make pre and post event reports linked to Sales achievement.
8. R&D: Research and Devise New Marketing Strategies staying up to date with latest trends and techniques. Know Competitor insights.
9. Learn and Operate SAG internal company software.
