Saab Moulded Furniture is seeking a detail-oriented Outlet Audit Officer with a minimum of two years of experience in conducting audits across retail outlets in various cities of Pakistan. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of retail audit procedures, inventory management systems, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory and sales data, compliance with company policies, and identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency. The Outlet Audit Officer will work independently, without team management responsibilities, providing critical insights that support business performance and accountability.
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing comprehensive audits of outlets, verifying stock levels, and ensuring records are meticulous and up to date. They will collaborate closely with outlet managers and regional supervisors to gather accurate data and address discrepancies. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for detecting irregularities or inefficiencies and recommending corrective actions. This position demands a proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively across multiple locations to maintain high standards of operational control and asset protection.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough audits of retail outlets according to established retail audit procedures.
- Verify inventory accuracy through physical counts and comparison with inventory management system records.
- Analyze audit data to identify discrepancies and report findings to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements in all audited locations.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate audit documentation and reports using Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
- Communicate audit findings clearly and provide actionable recommendations to improve outlet operational controls.
- Coordinate with outlet staff and regional supervisors to rectify identified issues and implement corrective measures.
- Monitor inventory flow and stock movement to detect potential losses or errors.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process enhancement within the audit scope.
- Plan and manage audit schedules across multiple cities while ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
