Saab Moulded Furniture is seeking a motivated Sales Executive for its Furniture Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales activities, engaging with customers to understand their needs, and promoting our furniture products effectively. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, particularly within the South Punjab region, to maximize sales opportunities and expand the companys customer base. Candidates with at least two years of sales experience are preferred, especially those familiar with the regional market dynamics.
The Sales Executive will work closely with the sales team and management to implement sales strategies and processes. This role involves preparing presentations, processing orders accurately, and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the market and competitors. Although this position does not require managing a team, it demands excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and generate sales leads within the assigned territory.
- Conduct engaging product presentations to showcase the features and benefits of furniture products.
- Process customer orders efficiently from receipt to delivery coordination.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences in the South Punjab region.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management on market conditions and sales performance.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to represent Saab Moulded Furniture and expand the customer network.
- Address customer queries and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of products.
