A renowned immigration and law firm is looking for experienced, career-oriented & professional resources for its accounts department to serve as
"Assistant Accountant"
Who can support the accounts managers in everyday accounts matters and operations? Candidate needs to be sharp, and active having good accounting and book keeping skills.

Core Job Duties:
Some of the main tasks associated with the domain are as follows;
- Maintaining accurate and detailed customer records and creating new customer accounts
- Completing daily and monthly bank reconciliations
- Collecting monthly direct debits and making payments
- handling queries relating to invoices and other accounting issues
- Invoice processing
- Processing expense requests
- Credit control
- Cash book maintenance
- Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers
- Banks reconciliation
- Raising sales invoices
- Liaising with third-party providers, clients and suppliers
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
- Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies
- Creating and updating expense reports
- Processing reimbursement forms
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree from a Well Reputed HEC recognized Institute in one of the following subjects;
Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics.
Skill Set:
- High level of accuracy
- Analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
Experience:
The employer is looking for an experienced candidate having at least one year of experience in the same field, however, freshers with good analytical skills are also encouraged to apply.
