Key Responsibilities:
- Listen to client’s queries and present an appropriate solution to convert them into our clientele.
- Able to make strong follow ups with existing & potential clients.
- Meeting with potential & extant clients to guage services which they require.
- Compiling & fowarding client's relevant documentation to the case processing team
- Maintain & manage the clientele data & privacy according to company's policy & procedures.
