Saad Ahsan Immigration Law Firm is looking for a responsible "Assistant Administrative Officer" (female) to perform a variety of administrative tasks.
- Duties of the Assistant Administrative Officer include providing support to our employees & clients, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s day-to-day organizational tasks and facilitating efficient communication across entire office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with excellent customer service
- Answer & direct phone calls and messages
- Arrange client meetings & schedule appointments
- write email, correspondence memos, spreadsheets as needed
- Maintain stock & order office supplies and reconcile expense reports
- Manage the clerical staff & keep the front desk organized
- Sorting & delivering all mails & parcels
- Act as first point of contact with our clients
- Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree from a well reputed university
- Skills: Time management & ability to prioritize work, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, multi-tasking & proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of experience in office administration
