Saad Ahsan Immigration Law Firm is looking for a professional & confident Customer Relation Officer (MALE).

  • Candidate should possess excellent communication skills (Oral & Written), be an active listener with a professional telephonic voice.
  • He must be fluent in English language in order to provide quality customer service. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding promptly to customers on Company's live chat, calls & on social media
  • Analyze & filter the customer information & forward the customer query to the relevant sales consultant
  • Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients as needed
  • Ability to multi task, prioritize & manage time effectively

Key Requirements:

Education:

  • ​Bachelors' from a well reputed Institute 

Skills:

  •  Strong Communication, Time management, Multitasking, Fluent in English Language (Oral & Written) & Excellent customer service

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years in customer services
