Saad Ahsan Immigration Law Firm is looking for a highly experienced “Manager Customer Support”. Candidate should possess strong analytical & problem solving skills.

  • One should have a good experience of using CRM portal and other related dashboards & software.
  • He should have leadership skills to efficiently manage his team and seek to improve all aspects of customer experience with the company.
  • Good Communication Skills (written & verbal) is mandatory. 

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting customer service standards & assess that customer's inquiries are being answered on time by the team.
  • Ensures professionalism of CRO’s and compliance of operational standards.
  • Accountable to effectively run the team of customer representative officers (CRO's) & provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  • Train & monitor the performance of CRO's.
  • Make sure the team's prompt response to client on company's live chat, calls, & on soial media.
  • Managing incoming calls & client's inquiries on live chat & on social media along with the team.
  • Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying the information.
  • Maintain the record of client's queries
  • Update top management about the flow of client's queries in the form of reports
  • Ability to multitask, priortize & manage time effectively

Key Requirements:

  •  Strong analytical & problem solving skills, Excellent Communication skills, Leadership skills, Time Management, Multitasking & Excellent customer services.

Experience:

  •  Minimum 5 years in customer services.
