Saad Ahsan Immigration Law Firm is looking for an experienced & well groomed Female “Front Desk Officer”, for our Islamabad office, having excellent communication and customer service skills. Candidate should have an energetic & positive personality with fluency in English language.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and provide them efficient customer service
  • Schedule meetings on behalf of CEO & coordinate meetings of sales consultants
  • Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary stationery
  • Appropriately answer all incoming calls and route them to the related departments and take down messages
  • Assist manager HR in attendance & leave records
  • Track & order office equipment & supplies
  • Maintain employee files & records
  • Good understanding of office admininstration & basic bookkeeping practices

 

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s from a well reputed University 
  • Skills: Presentable and Confident Personality, Strong Communication Skills (written & Verbal), Fluent in English Speaking, Excellent Customer Service Skills, Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities & Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years or more
  • Gender: Female
