Key Responsibilities:   

  • Greet clients & provide efficient customer service
  • Ensure that front desk is neat, presentable & equipped with all the necessary stationary
  • Appropriately answer all incoming calls & route it to the relevant departments & convey messages
  • Assist manager HR in maintenance of attendance & leave records
  • Track, order & maintain office supplies & equipment
  • Maintain records & files
  • Good understanding of office administration

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • Skills: Presentable & confident personality, fluent in engllish language, excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal), excellent Customer services, multitasking & proficent in Microsoft Office suit.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years or more
