Department: Processing/Immigration Services

 

- Required to directly interact with clients and answer their queries while explaining our services.

- Responsible for processing the Visa applications of UK, USA and Schengen etc. 

- Responsible for handling processing of routine office work. That includes but not limited to documenting, filling and official correspondence on behalf of the company.

- Responsible to read and reply e-mails.

- Meet and greet clients, respond to their queries, provide solution and guidance to clients.

- Filling forms. 

 

Job Specification 

Candidates with Hon. Bachelor’s Degree or 16 Years education. Major in Business Administration preferred. Candidates with educational qualification (Masters in English etc) and experience are also welcome to apply.

4. To-do attitude.

5. Good knowledge of online sheets.

6. Proficient in MS-Office especially MS-Word.

7. Good typing speed.

8. Proficient in using internet and conducting internet based research.
