Dua Developers (Another Project of Saad Ahsan Immigration Law Firm) is looking for an experienced "Sales Executive", having excellent Communication skills including the ability to make presentations. He/She should have a proven experience in sales & marketing & thorough understanding of Marketing & Negotiation techniques along with great Research & client Relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients
- Communicate with clients in person, by phone and by email to understand their needs
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate client's needs
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Prepares sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
Requirements:
- Education: Master's Degree from a Well Reputed University or Foreign Degree.
- Skills: Great Communication & Presentation skills, Market Research skills, Negotiation & Convincing power, Strong Client Relationship skills.
- Experience: 3 to 4 years of sales experience with commercial builders & developers / construction firms, selling of property, apartments or related mega projects.
