We are hiring OUTBOUND / COLD DIALING Call Center Agents,
Must be fluent in English (Speaking & Listening) with the following qualities:
- Able to make 300-350 calls per day.
- Follow communication “Scripts”
- Identify customers’ needs, and respond accordingly to provide solutions.
- Keep a record of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English
- Must have good listening skills.
- Good communication level.
- Must have US Speaking Accent.
- Experience of 6 months at least.
- Understand of sales process.
- A knack for problem-solving.
- Must be organized and process-oriented.
- Must work in US Campaign previously.
- Able to work at night from 6 PM – 2 AM.
