Purpose/Rationale for the assignment;

The main purpose of this study is to hire an experienced business development and marketing consultant/firm specialist for the entrepreneurs to improve their skills and also have a plan for better income generation. This activity will further improve the food security and nutrition status of the target beneficries. Furthermore, through this consultancy the responsible consultant/firm will design the kits/assets/ suggest grants for the selected entrepreneurs.

Task # 1: Training on marketing skills;

Task # 2: Training and development of business management plans;

Task # 3: Designing of small business packages; (Grants, assets etc)

Key Deliverables;

Successful performance of this assignment will be based on production and timely submission of the following deliverables to SABAWON;

Task # 1, 2 & 3 Training/Capacity building/ on marketing, Business Management plan and also designing the Kits/assets/Grants etc.

  • Inception Report clearly defining methodology, approaches & timeline / delivery plan;
  • Developing training session plan for marketing/processing (if any) and business management trainings and presentation before training for review and necessary corrections. This also includes separate 12 business plans for each entrepreneur;
  • Developing a draft report on training and also separate business development plan for each entrepreneurs;
  • Designing a kit/assets/grants etc for the entrepreneurs;
  • Three trainings of 12 micro entrepreneurs (3 Male & 9 Female) on business management;
  • One Training of 12 micro entrepreneurs (3 Male & 9 Female ) on marketing skills;
  • Final trainings report (one electronic copy in PDF format and one in DOC format) marketing and business management trainings and also the business development plan;
  • Pre and Post evaluation;
  • Sharing presentations in soft with SABAWON’s for record;

Responsibilities;

  • Developing training session Plan for Marketing and Business Management Plan training. Also included twelve separate business development plan for each entrepreneurs. (Task # 1 & 2);
  • Develop a comprehensive & session plan based presentation for effective training; (Task # 1 & 2);
  • Will conduct separate sessions with male & female micro entrepreneurs; (Task # 1, 2 & 3);
  • Develop strategy (within session Plan) of training methodology; (Task # 1 & 2);
  • Designing Kits/Assets/Grants packages for the entrepreneurs (Task # 3);
  • Ensuring active participation, involvement and contributions of the training participants in the training/capacity building activity to smoothly achieve the objective; (Task# 1 & 2);
  • Pre and Post evaluation of training; (Task # 1 & 2);
  • Designing a certificate for all the trainees;
