Administration Manager required from Hospitality Industry for Colabs Pvt Ltd (Pakistan’s Biggest Co-working Space, Opening doors in November-2018) who can deliver quality in building facilities such as repair and maintenance, waste management, and security services, He will be responsible for:
- Ensuring entire premise of COLABS is kept clean, hygienic and tidy
- Maintenance and repair of all building facilities are keeping regular schedule (hvac, generator, lift machine,)
- Directly responsible for the admin officer and ensuring quality deliverance of building facilities such as repair and maintenance, waste management, and overall cleanliness
- Directly responsible for Janitorial staff, valet services, security services.
- Managing parking requirement inside and outside facility
- Maintenance of building equipment on a monthly basis.
- In charge of the building security and safety
- Ensuring compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations
- Implementing security and access management system.
- Ensuring all support staff are dressed accordingly and have proper hygiene.
