Looking for experienced Head of Operations who will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative/operations duties in different departments of a large facility in Gulberg. 

Responsibilities:

 

Operations:

  • Overall running and management of the entire COLABS premise including all the services provided to tenants
  • Extending the same services initially to the second site as and when it is launched
  • Implementing strategic directives from the CEO, Directors and Board Members
  • Responsible for all IT Systems Maintenance (CRM, network reliability, software integration etc.)
  • Managing the ERP portal along with CEO and the team below
  • Responsible for all Facilities Management
  • Monitoring progress on collated action plan pre-launch in consultation with the CEO.
  • Holding weekly team meetings within the project team and reporting weekly (or quarterly) progress to Board and Directors.
  • Review policy development and ensure implementation with the help of the Community Managers
  • Managing all community managers and staff, ensuring the smooth operational running of the COLABS physical premises and infrastructure systems
  • Ensuring all security and access management systems are running effectively
  • Collating, preparing and interpreting management and operational reports, and commentaries to help direct future strategic initiatives
  • Oversee operations of the operations departments and set goals and objectives and design a framework for these to be met.
  • Organize reporting and feedback of all other departments to be consolidated by operations manager
  • Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
  • Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning with CEO, Directors and Board Members. 

 Community:

  • Building excellent relationships with members
  • Public relations and conflict resolutions with any issues that may arise within the community
  • Membership Sales Strategy worked alongside sales team
  • Hosting member gatherings and social events (dinners, breakfasts, happy hours, clubs, etc.)
  • Ensure all records are kept properly and consistently
  • Review community comments and posts in a quick and timely manner.
  • Checking suggestions box regularly.
  • Weekly community calendar to be managed by community manager
  • Member Communication of the members in the space and the community
  • Orientation Tours for new members
  • Introducing new members to the community and facilitating connections
  • Member Policy Development and Enforcement
  • Ensuring overall community is run in a good manner
