- Coordinate with Multinet team and ensure smooth implementation of network.
- Running regular checks on network and data security
- Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems- Software customization
- Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization
- Conducting regular system audits
- Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff
- Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget
- Providing direction to IT team members
- Identifying opportunities for ERP training and skills advancement
- Manage access points and ensure 24/7 network connectivity.
- Overall management of Surveillance cameras.
- Ensuring all security and access management systems are running effectively
- Coordinating between management and IT service providers for undergoing IT works.
- Oversee technical infrastructure design and implementation of technology back-end for running Colabs
- Implement appropriate collaboration and data management systems within Colabs team for internal communications, cloud data storage, and management
- Develop feature-set for the technology platform that will be required to run Colabs at optimum efficiency. Select off-the-shelf white-labeled app accordingly.
- Plan Colabs landing page and launch website sitemap and coordinate with website development team to ensure timely production
- Ensure IT backend, systems (including Access Control systems), website, and management tool (Nexudus) are all fully functioning
- Shortlist and coordinate with IT vendors for infrastructure setup, configurations and procuring of IT devices and systems
- Responsible for all IT systems maintenance with collaboration of resident engineer from multinet (CRM, network reliability, software integration etc.)
- Other Tasks assigned by management.
