• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence between competitors.
  • Recruiting, developing, coaching and training sales team.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Meeting with existing tenants, identifying their issues and fulfilling their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new co-working spaces and competition status.
  • Responsible for all customer and client relationships including pitches, administrative tasks, meetings
  • Responsible for coordinating all members’ sign-up tasks.
  • Responsible for generating new leads and increasing occupancy of the office space
  • Developing sales strategy and populating the leads list.
  • Executing the leads list and setting up first meeting with potential clients.
  • Creating partnerships with vendors and sponsors in an effort to source subsidized goods and services for the COLABS premise.
  • Generating, populating and contacting potential clients on the leads list.
  • Client meetings at Colabs office along with follow-up emails and sending the digital copy of the brochure.
  • Responsible for ensuring that marketing collateral (Sales Pack) is up to date and has been forwarded to clients.
  • Updating the competitive analysis chart every three months.
  • Managing relationship with clients post sale coordinating and liaison between finance department and client.
  • Coordinating and liaison between Technical department and client.
  • Coordination with Accounts & Finance department for tenant’s payment matters.
  • Other Tasks assigned by management.
